Form Repair Services

Analysis & Repair

Since our beginning in 1993 Hartman Equipment has been a reliable destination for aluminum forms needing repair.  Regardless of the original manufacturer of your concrete forms we will be happy to see if our repair services fit your needs.  Our repair process includes:

• Budget creation and determination of customer expectations (what repairs do you want done and what are you willing to spend?)
• Sorting and analysis of the forms to determine whether the repairs you request are feasible and if they can be done in budget (if not, scrap or return to customer)
• Actual physical repairs performed including bushing replacement, side rail / end bar replacement, face sheet repair, cross member replacement, panel straightening, etc.

Replacement Parts

If you are a contractor or a professional repair shop need replacement parts including side rails, end bars, bushings, rivets or any other aluminum form components that are not readily available in your area, don’t hesitate to give us a call.  We are happy to sell these items to you so you can get your equipment back in the field.

Welding is a critical part of most everything we do at Hartman Equipment. Our team of craftsmen includes experienced and reliable aluminum welders that on numerous occasions have been utilized on a contract basis to produce products other than our Hartman Aluminum Forms.
