Hartman Aluminum Forming Systems

  • Smooth Finish Concrete Forms 
      • Smooth 6-12 Double Braced Forms  
        • The Double Braced style is our most modern 6-12 hole pattern aluminum forming system.  The double tube configuration results in easier handling, offers optimal accessibility (i.e. nails, screws, repair) and helps reduce pillowing and weight gain in the concrete form.  Our premium spine aluminum form provides stiffening qualities to help reduce form bowing and pillowing.
      • Smooth 6-12 Wide Hat Forms
        • The Wide Hat style is the more traditional 6-12 hole pattern aluminum forming system.  We currently do not offer a spine panel in the wide hat configuration.
      • Smooth 8-8 Forms
        • The 8-8 style aluminum form was introduced prior to the 6-12 aluminum form and features tie slots and pin holes every 8” from the bottom to the top of the concrete form.  While the 6-12 aluminum form is gaining in popularity there are still many markets that prefer the 8-8 pattern; structurally it is still a great concrete form.  A premium 8-8 hole pattern aluminum featuring a spine stiffener is available.
      • Smooth Tran Pan Forms
        • The Tran Pan was designed to enable contractors using 8-8 hole pattern aluminum forms to gradually transition their system into 6-12 hole pattern aluminum forms.              
      • Smooth “Dinosaurs”
        • We have termed forms that are rarely (if ever) produced by most major aluminum form manufacturers anymore “dinosaurs.”  96V, 92K, 88A, 48K, ICS and many others would fall into this category.  We recommend upgrading to a more modern system, but should you wish to keep one of these older systems in service we’ll be happy to produce the forms for you.

      • V-Brick Forms
        • Add texture to the finish of your walls with our Hartman V-Brick aluminum forms.  Our V-Brick pattern is compatible with most other vertical brick style aluminum concrete forms available in the market.
      • Classic Stone Cast Aluminum Forms
        • Our cast aluminum forming system provides superior detail in decorative concrete walls.  The classic stone pattern cast aluminum form is the first of many styles that will be available in this unique, long lasting alternative to form liners.

Used Forming Systems

 

The aftermarket for aluminum forms consists of lower volume contractors, start-up or early stage contractors that are looking to upgrade from a wood system to their first aluminum system, or simply a contractor in a market that isn’t quite as concerned with finish as they are with structure. 

 

Used aluminum forms are an excellent way to save money and compete with the serious, production oriented concrete wall contractor.
